Moissanite rates approximately 9.25 on the Mohs hardness scale, making it resistant to scratching and suitable for regular jewellery wear. Hardness is not immunity to chips or damage. Protect the stone and its setting from knocks, especially at exposed edges.

If a piece includes other stones, treatments or delicate details, ask our studio for care guidance first. Avoid ultrasonic or steam cleaning unless the whole piece has been assessed as suitable.
Have loose settings or damaged claws checked before wearing the piece again.
