What is HUID?
HUID is the hallmark identification number associated with applicable hallmarked jewellery. Refer to the details supplied with your piece.
Is moissanite a diamond?
No. Moissanite is a different gemstone. Giolleria uses premium moissanite for its brilliance within refined, gold-forward designs.
Can I visit before buying?
Yes. Visit our Koramangala studio daily, 10 AM to 9 PM, or request an appointment.
How do I choose a ring size?
Visit the studio for fitting guidance. Resizing availability depends on the specific design; ask our team before purchase.
What is the return policy?
A full refund within seven days. Return the jewellery with its original Giolleria certificate or passport. For online orders, the window starts from delivery.
