How to request service

  2. Inspection: Visit a SIS counter or ship to our service desk. We’ll examine the piece and confirm scope.
  3. Quote & approval: If it’s a manufacturing defect within terms, we’ll proceed under warranty. Otherwise, we’ll share a transparent repair quote for approval.
  4. Repair & QA: Our bench team completes the work, re-checks prongs and polish, and documents results.
  5. Return: We arrange pickup or counter collection with final cleaning and inspection.

  • Insurance: We recommend insured courier service for transit. Coverage is the sender’s responsibility unless otherwise confirmed.
  • Typical timelines: Inspection 1–3 business days; most repairs 5–12 business days depending on scope.
  • Tracking: You’ll receive tracking details when the piece is on its way back to you.
