We want you to love your Giolleria piece. This page explains what’s eligible to return or exchange, timelines, and how to get help fast.

Eligibility checklist

  • Item is unworn and in original condition (no scratches, dents, bent prongs, missing stones).
  • All tags/seals intact and product card/invoice included.
  • Original box and accessories included.
  • Return requested within the applicable window (see below).

Custom/made‑to‑order pieces, engraved items, and resized full‑eternity bands are typically non‑returnable except for manufacturing defects.

How to return / exchange

  1. Request: Email info@giolleria.com or WhatsApp us with your order ID, reason, and photos.
  2. Approval: We’ll verify eligibility and share packing & pickup instructions.
  3. Pack: Place the piece in its box with tags, product card, invoice, and all accessories. Add cushioning.
  4. Ship/Pickup: Use the provided label or ship via insured courier and share tracking.
  5. Inspection: Our team inspects on arrival and processes your refund/exchange.

Refund method & timeline

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Gift returns may receive store credit.
  • Timeline: Typically 5–7 business days after we receive and approve the return; bank processing times may vary.
  • Non‑refundable: Shipping, gift wrap, COD fees, duties/taxes (unless required by law).

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or model? Request an exchange during your window. Once the original item passes inspection, we’ll dispatch the replacement or issue credit as applicable.

Packing & condition

  • Return items in their original box with all inserts, product card, and invoice.
  • Use adequate padding to prevent transit damage.
  • Seal the outer carton securely and cover/remove old labels.

Damaged or incorrect item

We’re sorry! Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the item. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

International orders

Please email us before shipping an international return. Duties/taxes and return freight are usually the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Return shipping & fees

  • Return shipping may be deducted unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.
  • Cash‑on‑delivery and gift wrap fees are non‑refundable.
  • Restocking fees are uncommon, but may apply in special cases (missing parts, excessive wear).

Message us—many designs can be resized. If resizing isn’t feasible (e.g., full‑eternity), we’ll suggest the best exchange alternative.
