Welcome to Giolleria. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By visiting or purchasing from Giolleria, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Key definitions
- "Company", "we", "us" means Giolleria (and, where applicable, Giolleria Jewellers Pvt. Ltd.).
- "Site" means giolleria.com and related pages.
- "You", "customer" means any person who accesses the Site or purchases products.
- "Products" means jewellery and accessories offered by us.
- "Business days" means Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Orders & contract
- Placing an order: Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or reject any order at our sole discretion.
- Order confirmation: A system email acknowledges receipt; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product(s) or explicitly confirm acceptance.
- Availability: Items are subject to stock and production capacity. Images and measurements are indicative; minor variations may occur.
- Account security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Communication: By ordering, you consent to receive transactional emails, SMS, or WhatsApp messages regarding your order.
Pricing & payment
- Prices: Displayed in INR unless stated. Taxes and duties are included/excluded as shown at checkout.
- Fluctuations: Gold rates and gemstone costs may change. We reserve the right to adjust prices before order acceptance.
- Payments: We accept major cards, UPI and net‑banking. For large orders, bank transfer options may be provided on request.
- Promotions: Coupons cannot be combined unless specified. Offers may be withdrawn without notice.
- Errors: In case of pricing or typographical errors, we may cancel or contact you for confirmation before processing.
Shipping & delivery
- Timelines: In‑stock items generally ship within 2–4 business days; made‑to‑order/custom pieces typically require additional production time as indicated on the product page.
- Tracking: We provide tracking details upon dispatch. Delivery windows are estimates.
- Risk of loss: Title and risk pass to you upon delivery to the address supplied. Transit insured shipments are covered until delivery confirmation.
- International: Import duties/taxes are the recipient’s responsibility unless stated.
Returns & exchanges
- Return eligibility and windows are as stated on our Returns Policy page (stock vs. custom/made‑to‑order may differ).
- Items must be unworn, with tags/seals intact, and accompanied by the invoice/product card and packaging.
- Shipping/handling fees and third‑party costs (e.g., gift wrap, COD fees) are non‑refundable unless required by law.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns not meeting the above conditions.
Warranty & repairs
- Coverage applies to manufacturing defects present at delivery. Normal wear, loss, theft, and accidental damage are excluded.
- Complimentary cleaning and periodic inspections are available. Bring your invoice/product card for faster service.
- To initiate a repair, contact info@giolleria.com with order details and photos; we’ll inspect and advise next steps.

Buyback & gold value
- Moissanite buyback: 80% buyback on eligible Giolleria moissanites when returned with original invoice and product card, subject to physical inspection and authentication.
- Gold value: 100% of net gold value at the day’s applicable rate (making charges, taxes and wear & tear excluded).
- Policy may vary by model and location. We may decline buyback if items are damaged, modified, or fail authentication.

Custom orders, sizing & care
- Custom & made‑to‑order: Non‑returnable except for manufacturing defects. Timelines are estimates and may vary.
- Sizing & resizing: See our Size Guide. Some designs (e.g., full‑eternity) have limited resizing tolerance.
- Care: Follow guidance on our Cleaning & Care page. Improper use may void warranty.
Intellectual property
- The Site, logo, product names, images, text, graphics and designs are owned by or licensed to Giolleria and protected by IP laws.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content or designs without prior written permission.
- Third‑party trademarks are property of their respective owners and used for identification only.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Site, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not post unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content in reviews or messages.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, or suspected fraud.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
- Except as required by law, products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Giolleria is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Site or products.
- Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the product at issue.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory arbitration or consumer protection provisions, the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
