Do you offer COD or prepaid only?
We currently accept prepaid orders via major cards, UPI, and netbanking. For high-value purchases, we can arrange assisted checkout—contact us.
Is my package insured?

Moissanite is lab-grown silicon carbide (SiC) with high brilliance and fire. It’s durable for daily wear and more affordable than diamond.
Which metals do you use?
We craft in BIS‑hallmarked gold (9k/14k/18k) and platinum. White gold pieces may be rhodium plated for a bright white finish.
Do your stones come with documentation?
Yes—Giolleria pieces include an invoice/product card with specs and our Brilliance Mark™ where applicable.

Can you resize my ring?
Most rings can be resized within safe tolerances. Full‑eternity and tension designs may have limits. We’ll confirm after inspection.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes—share references, metal preference, and budget. We’ll propose a design and timeline before production.

Warranty & Repairs
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects present at delivery, plus complimentary cleaning and inspections. Final eligibility is confirmed after physical inspection.
How do I request a repair?

Buyback & Gold Value
Do you buy back moissanite?
Yes—80% buyback on eligible Giolleria moissanites when returned with invoice/product card, subject to inspection.
How do you value gold on return?
We offer 100% of net gold value at the day’s applicable rate (making charges/taxes excluded). Purity and weight are verified during inspection.
Cleaning & Care
How should I clean at home?
Soak in warm water with a drop of mild dish soap for 10–15 minutes; brush gently; rinse and dry with a lint‑free cloth.
Are ultrasonic cleaners safe?
They’re effective for oils, but avoid on loose stones, delicate pavé, or glued components. When in doubt, book a professional clean.
